Although daunting when arriving as it is located up a blind alley, once the large entry door is opened it exposes a haven of tranquility. The atmosphere is very Morrocan and the manager speaks 4/5 languages very well. We were the only English guests but in a Riad you quickly mix with the French and Spanish co-habitees. The room was air conditioned which is very necessary as the temperature outside was 37 degrees. The Riad was a pleasant 10 minutes walk from the main square and the Souks where all life can be experienced.

I had a very good experience here, everything was lovely, the location was marvellous next to most top attractions within walking distance and the medina of Marrakech in Riad Aya. The staff was exceptionally nice and pleasant, provided me with a nicely decorated double room. No reason to complain, I appreciated this place, recommend...
Nothing to be said.

We had the most incredible stay at this hidden gem in the heart of Marrakesh. Riad Aya exceeded all our expectations. The location is superb, just a short stroll from the Souk and close to spas and hammams. The riad itself is a tranquil oasis, offering a peaceful escape from the bustling city. Our rooftop room was spacious and comfortable, with breathtaking views. The staff, especially Sofia and Mohammed, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional, served with great presentation and service. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. This is definitely a place we would recommend to our friends and would love to come back to.
Didn't dislike anything about the property. 🌟

The hotel's central location is convenient for exploring the local area, with easy access to the souks and other attractions. the hotel is situated down a few alleys, which some may find narrow and uncomfortable to navigate alone. the room was cozy, but the bathroom lacked lighting and had low water pressure. the staff provided attentive service and a delicious breakfast with plenty of pastries and fresh orange juice. the rooftop terrace provided a beautiful view of the city skyline.
The dipping pool was not well kept and the sun beds were uncomfortable, which detracted from the overall rooftop experience.

The rooftop terrace at Riad Aya provided a wonderful oasis in bustling Marrakesh. I loved enjoying a peaceful and relaxing view of the city. The breakfasts were excellent and the facilities were lovely. Despite being in a quiet alley, it was worth finding this hidden gem. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any request or question we had. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was situated near a police station, providing an added sense of security during our stay.
The only slight drawback we experienced was the presence of a large number of young men hanging around the alleyway outside the hotel. While we didn't have any issues personally, it could be a bit intimidating, especially for first-time visitors to the country.

What a hidden surprise! This hotel exceeded my expectations during my new year visit. the best aspects were the comfortable and spacious rooms that offered spectacular views from the rooftop. Another advantage was the staff's delicious tanjia and excellent wines. I was pleasantly surprised by this amazing place and would definitely recommend it to all looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
the dip pool was not very clean and cold, which was a letdown.

I had a great stay at Riad Aya! The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast was diverse and delicious every day, offering a taste of traditional cuisine. The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated, and had a charming traditional vibe. I especially enjoyed the comfortable beds with high-quality linens and pillows. The location was fantastic, close to the iconic marketplace and within easy walking distance. I felt safe with the nearby police station. Although the wifi wasn't the best, I had read about it in previous reviews so it wasn't a major issue. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this lovely place.
